This property is
offered by Tuscan Enterprises with representation and headquarters in the Chianti Region
of Italy. Booking fee $50. Non-refundable deposit of 50% with final payment due 8 weeks
prior to arrival. Payment is to Houses for Hire. The full contract and booking form
will be provided to all booking clients. We accept your payment in USD and convert
the funds and send them to Italy on your behalf.
There is no extra
charge to you for this service. Linens and utilities included in the rates. Heating and
firewood, when needed, are extra and as consumed. Please provide your own pool towels.
Rentals should
always be left in good order, with floors swept, trash removed, refrigerator empty, dishes
put away, etc.
Following your
departure maid service will do the heavy cleaning but naturally they are quite pressed on
change-over days.
Based in Chianti,
Tuscan Enterprises/Viaggi il Cocomero, rents high quality villas and apartments in Tuscany
and Umbria. They publish a catalog annually (November 1st) with complete descriptions and
prices in US dollars. Credit cards are not accepted.
The Tuscan
Enterprises catalog is available from Houses for Hire for $15, the amount will be deducted
from your Tuscan Enterprises booking fee on confirmation of a booking.
In general the
Tuscan Enterprises/ Viaggi Il Cocomero properties require a week long rental starting on
Saturday between 4-7 pm. The rental finishes with Saturday departure at 10 am. A security
deposit of LIT 500 000 is due to the keyholder at check-in and will be refunded upon
satisfaction of the owner at check-out, less any monies charged for heating, telephone,
damages, etc. |
