Deposit
of 30% of the total plus the $50 booking fee is payable immediately upon confirmation of
booking, and the final payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to travel. For
properties with telephones a separate check for $300 as deposit against phone use should
be included with the final payment. It is understood that any damages to the property are
the liability of the booking party.
Unless otherwise stated in Cuendet France
descriptions of a rental property, linens and utilities are included in the charges, the
exception being heating, which is always charged as used. The premises should be vacated
in broom clean condition with trash removed to the local collection bins.
