1. The booking form must be thoroughly filled in and signed by the booking
party: this person is responsible for his party and to fulfill the terms of the contract.
Please list occupants on the reverse side (Calcione and Country and Houses for Hire,
the booking agents, will countersign this form.)
2. The rent must be paid within the terms
indicated on the booking form: in the event of the client’s failing to respect these
terms, without serious and justified reasons, it property management can cancel the
booking.
3. The premises of the rented property can be
occupied only by the number of persons listed on the form as possible sleeping
arrangements: children included. Any person in excess of this number shall be refused
entrance on the spot.
4. As tenant the guests shall treat the premises
occupied and its equipment with care and consideration. The tenants shall also be
responsible for the rest of the party, including children. The safety and welfare of
minors in the party are solely the responsibility of the guardian of the child and utmost
care should be exercised in supervision, especially at the pools and lakes on the Calcione
grounds.
Tenants may be asked to leave the premises if
during their stay the clients violate the fundamental norms of tenancy: please be
considerate with noise, please keep the premises in clean order, etc. Calcione Country and
Houses for Hire are entitled to the full sum of rental in addition to the cost of damage
and repairs, should these terms be enforced. Damages apply to moral and material
properties.
5. Camping on the grounds (even in tents and
caravans) is absolutely forbidden.
6. With the final payment the renter is required
to provide a separate check to Houses for Hire as a security deposit. Upon return of the
keys and upon settlement of all moneys owed this security deposit will be returned to the
client by the booking agent. Failure to pay the security deposit can give the owners right
to refuse the keys to the clients. In this case the client loses all moneys paid toward
the rental.
7. The owners are responsible to turn over the
rental property clean and in good order. It is expected that the client will vacate the
property in similar condition with refuse removed. (Heavy cleaning is included in the
payment of the final cleaning fee.) Should additional cleaning be required beyond that
which the final cleaning fee allows, the client is responsible for the extra charges.
8. Cost of final cleaning at departure varies
with the size of the property ranging from 50 000-150 000 LIT.
9. The utilities of electric, gasohol (heating
and hot water) will be charged as metered, on departure. The owners accept Italian lire
and Eurocheques. We regret that credit cards are not accepted.
