Beyond this garden is a peaceful swimming pool with views to Florence. It is shared by all
the guests.
Guests having interior apartments enter through a
massive hallway foyer with trompe doel walls, frescos and the family heraldic plaque
as decoration. A huge stone staircase leads to the mezzanine floor and turns to the second
floor, where Palazzo 3 is located. It sleeps 8 and from the large living/dining room the
front windows overlook Florence. It is a very special place- roomy, airy and cozy at the

Palazzo 1 (102m2) on the ground
floor, has an additional level entrance from the driveway and is equipped for disabled
guests. It has wonderful frescos, two twin bedded rooms each having showers, and a small

Palazzo 2 (80m2) on the second
floor, is a bit smaller with views of the countryside (rear). It is similar to apartment 1
but has a tub/shower room and an additional shower room.

The furniture in each apartment is reasonably
comfortable, with some antique pieces, soft furnishings, oil paintings of high quality,
high ceilings and large windows. The kitchens are basic, not state-of-the-art fitted units
preferred by American cooks. Each apartment has a telephone and there is a laundry room to
