unpaved lane behind the castle, this house is entered from a courtyard. It has a barbecue
and outdoor eating space. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a hall shower room.
There is a utility closet with washer, iron, etc. The top floor has a sitting room with
open fireplace and very comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Up two steps to
a double bedroom with wardrobe, dresser, and interesting antique clay oven. The third
bedroom is a twin, the fourth also a twin with a shower, tub, bidet, double sinks and
storage. In the hall is an additional big bath with clawfoot tub. There is a dining room
and also a simple rustic kitchen with a dishwasher, full fridge, a big dining table and
chairs. There is a telephone, a dishwasher, washing machine. Walking distance to private
(fenced) swim lake. |

Linens and guest services are included in the rates. Telephones, when available,
are charged as used. Electric, gas and heating are not included except for San
Giuseppe and Castagno in high season. Fireplace wood for sale at the concierge

Final cleaning is extra, not to exceed 150,000 LIT. |
