| This old stone building
lies just to the left of the castle’s entrance gate. It comprises two second floor
apartments and a wonderful first floor 3 bedroom unit with its own walled garden. Guests
here are welcome to use the shared pool which is located in an olive grove directly across
an old farm lane from the apartments. Casa della
Pergola This apartment covers the entire first floor of Fontigianelli and
is a spacious conversion of the ancient stables. It has a lovely eating area with pergola
just outside the living room, a super place to enjoy long dinners. We commend the clever
architect who designed this wonderful floor plan: this is one of our personal favorites!
There are three bedrooms (two twins, one double),
one bath with a tub, another with shower. There is a fully equipped charming kitchen
(dishwasher, washing machine) and a separate WC. The sitting room has a big sofa, four
comfy stuffed chairs and a fireplace. French doors to terrace. We were impressed with the
spaciousness and clever conversion of this wonderful ground floor apartment. There is a
fully fenced big lawn for children to play safely. |

del’Alloro Up a flight of steps, this apartment has a terrace with outdoor

exceed 150,000 LIT. |
