| These beautiful
apartments were obtained from the careful restoration of the farm buildings and annexes
adjacent to a 17th Century Villa built and continuously occupied by a noble Siennese
family. The villa and apartments are surrounded by 20 hectares of olive groves, fields and
woodlands, and although immersed in nature, they are located on the northern edge of
Siena, where all shops and facilities can be found. A bus stops at the end of the private
1 kilometer lane and hearty folk can even walk to the centro historico on foot. A loading
area is available on arrival and departure, but permanent parking is situated below the
apartments so that the wonderful views are unobstructed. The
villa is totally independent of the apartments and offers a 6.5 X 14 meter swimming pool
at the margin of its formal garden. Guests are welcome to use the pool, and to enjoy its
spectacular views overlooking Siena, from 1-9 p.m daily in season. Satellite TV, linens
and electric included. Central gas heating payable as consumed.
Beautifully furnished with important antique pieces in each, the
apartments were restored to include acoustic absorption materials, ensuring complete
privacy and quiet. All the units have whitewashed walls and woodbeamed ceilings. Because
of the antique furnishings, children under 14 years of age are not accepted. |

50 square meters: This studio apartment occupies a small independent building that
is separated from the main group of apartments by the courtyard in front of Orcaia. It has
its own private furnished terrace and garden space in front of it and is ideal for
a romantic honeymoon. Private entrance is from the front terrace into the kitchen
which is complete with gas range, small fitted electric oven and fridge. Through the
kitchen is a small hall with doors to a large wardrobe, to the complete bathroom with
shower stall and washing machine, and to the delightful, spacious and bright living/dining
room with alcove and double bed. This room has a beautiful arched window on one side and a
second archway with panoramic glass doors that open onto the private terrace. |

unique and special. Good taste and dedication to quality is evident throughout. There are
simply no better one-bedroom rentals in Tuscany. Please get your request in early! TERMS: A booking fee of $50 is added to the
deposit. Italian law requires that the booking party sign a contract agreeing to the Terms
and Conditions and providing a completed booking form, which we will provide
upon request. Deposit is 30% of the total and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit of LIT 500 000 is payable to the owner on day of arrival. |
