This
old farmhouse is made up of a castle, its outbuildings, and a small castle 250 meters away
with its own church. The whole complex has recently been carefully restored and the
castle is now a comfortable hotel with a restaurant. The outbuilding and the small
castle have been transformed into twelve apartments which reflect the charm and life of
old times. On the grounds of the castle is a magnificent 18 hole international golf
course "Chateau Arc" and paved tennis courts (pay to use). The pool is 180 yards
away and is shared with the owners.
The apartment offered by Cuendet (120m2) has been tastefully restored from the old bakery,
using typical Provencal colors. The private equipped garden (100m2) has lounge
furniture. Parking is 300 feet away.
On the ground floor is a large sitting/dining
room with a fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,
and dryer. It opens to the terrace which has a pergola for shady outdoor dining.
The second floor has a small double bedroom with
TV, two twin bedded rooms, one is small. There is a small bathroom with shower and
double sinks, and a separate WC. The furniture is comfortable. Electric heating is
about $60 weekly when needed. Linens are supplied. Rouseyt, a village with
food shops, is 2 miles away. The beaches at Cassis on the Mediterranean are 30 miles
